Installation Service
In urgent need to have your IT installed?
We install and service your equipment onboard in a pre-determined location for your covenience. With engineers in multiple EU countries we are able to keep down-time at a minimum.
Our on-site installation service includes troubleshooting and servicing CCTV installations, IT networks and installing VSAT and 4/5G devices.

We deliver long & short term contracts that are shareable as a bundle between users/ships. The option to assign different bandwidth per user is possible

We offer subscriptions for Ku-band & Ka-band VSAT. After consulting about your requirements, we can advise you on the best subscription service for you.
We offer flexibility to adjust your contract when requirements change, leasing Intellian or Cobham/Sailor domes, direct real-time connectivity between vessel and office and remote monitoring and control via VSAT allows you to track operational costs.

In general, a 4/5G addition is more cost effective than upgrading your VSAT airtime contract if this extra speed is not continuously needed.

For five vessels of Crystal river cruises in Europe we delivered:
- The design of the IT- and data architecture for the 4G Internet access (up to 400 Mbit/s) of the guests on the ship
- The installation of the 4G equipment, antennas, cabling and sofware
- The 4G subscriptions and the day to day service desk support.
ADNOC
For offshore vessels of ADNOC in Abu Dhabi we delivered:
